The year 2020 was undoubtedly one of the most difficult years of my 20 something years on earth. The was world was struck with deadly virus and our lives came to a halt. Through the various lockdown and tier systems in the UK, many struggled with their mental health and livelihoods.

2020 forced us to pause and rest.

With the new year here, it may or may not look the same as 2020. This year we can be intentional with our wellness plans and create a space that serves us. Our mental health is just as important as our physical health. Its okay to feel every emotion underneath the sun.

Many of us will be working from home and it can be difficult can create a space of relaxation and unwind from your work tasks. That’s why it’s important to create a space where you express, creative and relax.
